How do you decide which technology my project should use?
You are never sold a stack. After the paid discovery we recommend the option that is most convenient for you — your deadline, your budget, who will maintain it and how fast it needs to change. We explain the trade-offs in plain language and you approve the decision before anything is built. If your existing team already works with a technology, we build on that rather than against it.
Which option suits me: a landing page, a website or a custom platform?
If you need to test whether anyone wants this, start with a landing page — cheapest, fastest, and it gives you a real answer instead of a debate. If you need to be found and generate leads, you want a proper website with SEO and a content structure. If you need to run the business on it — users logging in, paying, managing data — then you need custom software. We will tell you which one you need, including when the answer is the cheapest option.
How long until I see something real?
Discovery and research come first, then a clickable prototype you can actually use, then validation, then the build. The first thing you can put in front of real users is a prototype, not a finished product.
Do I own the code and the intellectual property?
Yes. The code, the design files, the repositories and the accounts are yours from the first commit. We work in your accounts, not ours, so nothing gets held hostage if the relationship ends. Every deliverable comes with the source and the documentation to maintain it.
Do you use AI? Will it replace the team?
We use AI as leverage, not as a substitute for judgement. It speeds up transcription and research synthesis, explores design directions faster, and writes a large share of the boilerplate under human code review. What it does not do is validate your users or sign off on a decision — those stay human. If you do not want AI in your project, tell us in discovery and we scope accordingly.
What happens after launch?
You get a documented handover, a walkthrough of the architecture, and the credentials to everything. After that you can take it in-house, or keep us on a maintenance retainer for monitoring, updates and iterations. We would rather you can leave than feel locked in.
How do we start, and what do you need from me?
The first step is a paid discovery, so the work is properly defined before anyone commits. From there every proposal is custom and follows a diagnosis — we do not publish fixed prices, because the same feature can be a week or a quarter depending on what sits behind it. We need a decision-maker available for roughly two calls per week, plus access to your brand, content and any accounts we must work in.
